Affiliate Agreement Terms

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in the L&R Designs, LLC Affiliate Program. In this Agreement "site" means a World Wide Web site and, depending on the context, refers either to our (L&R Designs, LLC) site or the site that you ('the Applicant') link to us.

Order Processing
We will process orders placed by customers who follow special links from your site to ours. We will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment. We do however, reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with any policies we may establish. L&R Designs, LLC will, in conjunction with our affiliate program provider (Yahoo Store), track sales made by customers who purchase products using special links from your site to our site. We will make available to you a URL to track this sales activity. To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and fee accrual, you have to ensure that the special links between your site and our site are properly formatted (i.e. they use the special code we send you upon acceptance).

Payment Terms
We pay monthly to any site that has generated $50 or more in commissions (if your total is under $50 for that month we'll carry it over until you hit $50). Our standard commission is 20%.

Commissions are based on the retail price of the item posted on our site at the time of sale and are not rewarded on sales tax or shipping charges. If a product that generated a referral fee is returned by the customer, we will deduct the corresponding fee from your next monthly payment.

Affiliate checks are mailed within one week immediately following the end of the month.

Customers
Customers who buy products through this Program will be deemed to be customers of L&R Designs, LLC. All L&R Designs, LLC rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those customers.

Affiliate (Your) Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all links to us and all descriptions of us and our products. We disclaim all liability for these matters. Further, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance, and contents of your site.

Agreement Terms
The terms of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written (including e-mail) notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term.

Agreement Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site. If any modification is unacceptable to you your only recourse is to contact us and terminate the program. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the change. We may change our prices and operating procedures at any time. Changes in product prices and availability may affect products that you already have listed on your site! Please, do not list the item's price. All prices are determined by L&R Designs, LLC.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Washington, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Washington and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If you accept these terms please send an e-mail to affiliates@choosefreedom.com clearly stating your acceptance of these terms. We will then check your site and send you the linking codes to begin the program. Once we send you the codes, if you haven't already done so, please send us your physical mailing address so we know where to mail your monthly payments.
